VisionCraft Cloud Control Center — demo terms

The evaluation terms below are proposed for that later activation; visiting these pages does not create a paid software purchase or commercial licence.

Operator and contact

VisionCraft Labs operates the service from 163-X, Street 6, Phase 3, DHA Cantt, Lahore, Pakistan. Questions, complaints and requests to end a trial can be sent to visioncraftlabs@gmail.com.

Business evaluation and authority

When enabled, demonstrations are intended for business evaluation by adults with authority to act for their company. Applicants must provide accurate company and contact information. Each user must use their own authorized account and keep access credentials confidential. Demo access is conditional on email verification, administrator approval and the permissions displayed for the company.

These terms must be presented for express acceptance during the approved request workflow. Visiting the information pages alone is not treated as acceptance of a demo contract.

Scope, seats and expiry

Approval identifies the product, permitted users or seats, scope and expiry. An application, catalogue listing or quotation does not guarantee a functioning demonstration or grant access. A trial begins only after a valid response from an enabled demo. Expired, suspended or revoked access cannot be extended through an old session, invitation or copied credential; extensions require a new authorized decision.

The proposed evaluation is free unless a separate agreement expressly states otherwise. It does not automatically renew into a paid subscription. Paid software, installation, commercial support and licensing require a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

Use fictional or sample data to evaluate the displayed workflows. Do not submit payment-card details, real customer production records, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material. Do not attempt to access another company, exceed permissions, defeat expiry, extract credentials, disrupt the service or represent simulated functions as live regulated integrations.

Demonstrations do not authorize live tax submissions, government filings, bank or payment movement, clinical decisions or professional legal advice. A displayed country or currency does not certify suitability for a regulated use in that jurisdiction.

Availability, ending access and changes

The proposed demonstration provides evaluation access without a guaranteed uptime, support response time or production fitness commitment. VisionCraft may suspend access for maintenance, security, suspected misuse or expiry. Where practical, an affected company will receive an explanation, except where doing so would compromise security or a legal obligation.

A company owner may request termination at any time by contacting us. Ending access does not itself erase records that must be retained under the applicable privacy notice. Material changes to accepted evaluation terms should be notified and presented for renewed acceptance where required.

Commercial software and pricing

Demo credentials cannot be exchanged for commercial entitlements. Cloudflare handles browser demo permissions and CRM only. Commercial licence approval and issuance remain exclusively with VisionCraft's existing commercial activation service.

Commercial quotations must separately state product scope, one-time or recurring charges, currency, applicable tax, delivery, support and acceptance conditions. These demo terms do not promise a live foreign-exchange rate, automatic currency conversion or price protection.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

Use the demo to assess functionality before committing to commercial software. Decisions about production use require the applicable commercial agreement and relevant professional or regulatory review. These proposed terms contain no blanket exclusion of liability and do not exclude non-excludable statutory rights. Fraud, deliberate misconduct and liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited are not waived.

Any commercial warranty or liability allocation belongs in the separate commercial agreement and requires appropriate review. A free demonstration does not create an unlimited licence to rely on simulated results for real transactions.

Governing law and complaints

The proposed business-evaluation agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. The proposal is for disputes to be heard by courts with competent jurisdiction in Lahore, subject to any mandatory law, rights or forum rules that cannot lawfully be displaced. No clause requires a person to waive such rights.

The proposed target is to acknowledge complaints within seven days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. This informal route does not prevent lawful proceedings, urgent relief or a complaint to a competent authority.

The governing-law and forum proposal requires review for the markets where customer demos will actually be enabled. This information-page release enables no customer market or regulated feature.
